Your creativity is for the world.

But also? It’s for you.

Hi, I’m Sarah! I help sensitive humans build nourishing creative practices:

Pursue your goals

Bring your ideas to fruition

Develop your (writerly) voice

&

Reclaim self-trust

Hone your creative attention

Discover the healing power of words

Because we—neurodivergent humans, purpose-driven artists, & sensitive weirdos—care about what happens on and off the page.

We need the earth-bound stuff, and the spiritual-emotional stuff, too.

Which means we’ve got to steward both.

“Working with Sarah is like inviting your Creativity to a loving family therapy session.

I believe asking the right question at the right time is an art form, and Sarah is a goddamn wizard at it.”

~Kat HoSoo Lee,

Spiritual Business Mentor

Let’s step forward together…

One-on-one Creative Mentorship is a tender, personalized experience, where you and I work together for a set number of months as you strengthen your creative practices, move through blocks, and deepen your capacity for self-trust and momentum.

Because of the intimate nature of mentorship, I offer free consultations prior to any commitment.

A little more about your enthusiastic guide…

My own creative practices are influenced by many things, including a lifelong devotion to the page; my neurodivergent brain (I’m a late-dx Autistic human); an M.A. in Poetics, Creative Writing, & Gender Studies; and my love for the more-than-human world.

I also spent about 8 years in the social services + housing advocacy fields. When I describe myself as trauma-informed, I mean it: I hold space for the full context of you, and the many things that influence your creativity (i.e. nearly everything).
