End-of-year Review Session

Let’s close out the year with intention, and attention.

In this 75-minute strengths-based coaching session, we’ll take a nuanced approach to reviewing the creative journey you’ve been on throughout 2024, paying special attention to things like:

• What unique creative needs and/or obstacles arose this year?

• What new insights are you currently integrating?

• What’s the current state of your relationship with creativity?

• As you move into 2025, what do you want to protect or nourish the most?

…and anything else that feels pressing and alive to you this season.

After our call, you’ll receive succinct, encouraging notes from me—a “map” of what came up during our time together, which you can consult in the coming year.

My strengths-based style and trauma-informed approach brings a unique combination of play, nourishment, and inspiration to my one-off coaching sessions. I care equally about what happens on and off the page; our work together will be holistic, and always with an eye toward sustainability and accommodation of your full self.
